Seeing those first few blades of grass after a long, cold and snowy Wisconsin winter is a beautiful sight. Add to that the pastel decorations showing up everywhere and aisles of chocolate bunnies lining grocery store shelves, and it’s hard not to become giddy with anticipation.

Spring is here! And the mother of all spring holidays, Easter, is just a shake of a baby lamb’s tail away.

Easter eggs are a must-have if you’re planning a backyard hunt or looking to add some whimsical charm to your home. There are tons of ways to adorn eggs, such as using store-bought dye kits or making your own natural dyes using grape juice or boiled red onion peels.

The blog thegirlinspired.com inspired me to add a little bling to my eggs this year. All you need are eggs, extra-fine glitter, Mod Podge, a foam brush, tape, toothpicks and a Styrofoam block.
